YOGA
Begin or end your day with the relaxation of one of our yoga classes. Yoga uses breathing, positions, and meditation to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reducing stress in your life. This class is taught by an experienced instructor. Please bring your own mat. |
CORE STRENGTHENING
This class focuses on the core muscles deep in your body that are the foundation of all your movements. Improve your balance, posture, tone of your mid-section and increase the abilities of your day-to-day activities. Taught by licensed therapists, this class includes mat exercised, some pilates and use of a stability ball. Please bring your own stability ball and mat. |
